TBEF delivers industry-aligned training through the Home Builders Institute’s nationally recognized Pre-Apprenticeship Certificate Training (PACT) curriculum. PACT is offered through partnerships with municipal and city school districts, as well as adult education and opportunity youth programs, ensuring access to training at multiple stages of life.
